ADD, ADHD, Hyperactivity

Posted February 22nd, 2011 in Conditions Treated by John Dalton

From a cranio sacral perspective the root cause of Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and what is called Hyperactivity often comes from two common sources that are often linked.

If a child has a difficult birth it can leave restrictions in their cranio sacral system that can bring on the symptoms of ADD, ADHD or Hyperactivity. Often these restrictions are in the head and put pressure on the brain in a specific area that causes the symptoms.

It there is restricted drainage of blood from the head then this too can cause specific pressure in the head that leads to these symptoms.

Often there is a combination of the two. A difficult birth can leave restrictions in the cranio sacral system that can cause poor drainage of blood from the head.

One Response so far.
