My first experience was a bit frightening I was told I have a very high energy level and it was hard to get it to calm down hence the uncontrollable shaking and chills afterward. But that night after my session was one of the best nights sleep I had had in quite awhile. It has intrigued me to the point where I am hunting on how I can train to do this kind of bodywork. I currently teach Tai Chi to a small group. How wonderful it would be to add in CST. I am looking forward to your site and all the wonderful information it has to offer.
